Larissa is a writer, producer, and designer. She is a lifelong reader and student of literature. Slightly obsessed with words, she looks for stories in everything she encounters. Larissa is inspired by work that illustrates the beautiful minutiae of everyday life.

Larissa grew up in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and never liked to venture too far west of the Atlantic Ocean. In 2010, she graduated from Smith College with a BA in English Language and Literature. She later earned her MS in Library and Information Science from Drexel University in 2014. Currently, she works as a librarian, leading Adult and Youth Services at a public library on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Larissa also co-owns Dream of the Woods with her husband, Michael F. DuBois.
